Weekend Riders and the licensee are not liable or responsible for the reactions users have to what they read on message boards. Weekend Riders and the licensee are not liable for messages that are profane, slanderous, inaccurate, disrespectful, racist, sexually discriminating, or taken as offensive by the reader. Weekend Riders and the licensee have no control over any image posted on or linked to the message board. All postings in message boards are for entertainment purposes only. Postings in message boards in no way reflect the opinions of the licensee, Weekend Riders Administrators or Moderators. The licensee, Weekend Riders Administrators, and Moderators do not endorse any opinions, products, theories, or anything else posted on message boards. The licensee apologises ahead of time for any information that is inaccurate. We cannot guarantee that all information is accurate. Avatars referring to or depicting sexual acts or nudity, or that are found offensive in any way may be removed without notification to the member concerned. Signature pictures are permitted but with limitations. Any signature pics that are larger than the limits set out may be removed without notification to the member concerned. Weekend Riders, the licensee, Administrators and Moderators are not liable for any swearing, profanity or harassment in message boards. Weekend Riders is an adult orientated message board. Although allowed, children are discouraged from becoming members on Weekend Riders. We do not have the mechanisms to adequately protect children from Internet predators, therefore we respectfully ask that children not be allowed on the site. Weekend Riders and the licensee cannot take responsibility for what happens if a child is allowed to join. Weekend Riders and the licensee are not liable for those who utilise the message boards for illicit activities. Weekend Riders and the licensee are not liable for any criminal activity that occurs on message boards. In the process of running the message board, Weekend Riders Administrators have viewing access to all members PM and Email message logs via the SQL database. We ask that you help make Weekend Riders a place where people feel supported, encouraged and helped. Even if you don't agree with someone, please refrain from judging, flaming or making a harsh criticism toward anyone or anything. |

The Following outlines the groups that make up the Weekend Riders Management Team: Admin Lower Admin Moderator Admin - "forum owner/operator" who has access to all forum's and administration tools and settings * admin can moderate in all forums. they also set up all features and maintain the forum's day to day mechanical operations Lower Admin - a member who has access to all forum's and a small amount of administration tools * lower admin can moderate on all forums and has limited access to the administration controls Moderator - a member who has access to most forums and has no administration access of any kind * moderators can only move through the forums postings and topics ... they can edit, move, delete, merge, split topics, set topics or posts as invisible or visible, pin topics and open and close topics ... moderators have no access of any kind to administration controls and are limited to forum activity only Please note: the roles of "Lower Admin" and "Moderator" within the forum are bestowed upon Members who have offered their assistance with the running of the forum, and have been accepted by Admin for these roles. They are however, Members of the forum in their own right, and are therefore able to partake as such with regards to any activities that may take place from time to time within the forum. Complaints can me made to the Weekend Riders Administration or Moderating Teams regarding posts or behaviour that are considered inappropriate. There is a "REPORT" button featured within each post on the forum and a Weekend Riders Administration Team member will receive your report and act accordingly. Any other issues should be addressed by sending a PM to the member "Weekend Riders Admin". Members are unable to delete their own posts. A request for deletion must be sent to Weekend Riders Administration. Members who initiate a thread reserve the right to request closure/deletion of said thread at any time for any reason. Weekend Riders Administration also reserve the right to delete said thread, and all posts within said thread, when requested to do so by the initiating Member of said thread. Weekend Riders Administration reserve the right to delete Members posts, delete whole threads, close threads, or move threads to appropriate areas of the forum should it feel the need is warranted for any reason. Should any Member consider a "clean-up" within any thread is warranted at any time, that Member should post their request within said thread, along with sending a PM to the Weekend Riders Administration Team. Weekend Riders Administration reserve the right to delete any Members Avatar or Signature, without notification to the member concerned, should a complaint be received and/or it is considered said Avatar or Signature to be inappropriate for the orientation of the forum. Weekend Riders Administration will attempt to inform all Members via PM whenever their post/avatar/signature is deleted, however, please note that this will not always be possible and may not always be done. Weekend Riders Administration reserves the right to delete/suspend/banish any Member if and/or when it may be warranted. Weekend Riders Administration request that its members do not make mention of or post a link to any other motorcycle based forum, ride group, website or alike without their express permission. Requests for permission to post same should be made to WR Admin via PM or email. If you have a complaint regarding the Administration Team or the forum as an entity, you can contact the Providers of the software at sales@invisionpower.com or their website at www.invisionboard.com If you believe there has been criminal activity committed by the Weekend Riders Forum Management Team, you can contact your local Police branch and ask to speak with their Computer Crimes Division.
