the stock DB rating on the K6 750 is 102db @ 6500rpm well over even their stock ADR exhaust limit for Lakeside

Im not gunna risk it as if I get pinged for being to loud and cant get it under on second chance I just wasted $195.

Plus I have to disconnect the PCIII and the belly pan on my race glass wont fit over the stock cat, personally its a load of crap the noise limit ppl are very well aware there is a race track there if ya dont like the noise piss off and live somewhere else.

This hoo haa people go on with about not having stock pipes is rubbish.. I rode there last year and was using my Yoshi slip-on, there was a guy riding a 1098 with Termi's..

Also when people say about the noise limit being 95db and their bike is over 95db ADR compliant.. The testing for Lakeside is alot different than the testing for compliance reasons.. All testing is done whilst the bikes are on track, bikes must be passing the db meter under full throttle and believe me a stationary noise test does not mean a single thing, there is a magor difference (10-15db's) between stationary and moving test's, I know this for a fact as I have been noise testing the bikes on the driver training circuit (DTC) for 2 years now..

It all comes down to run a stock muffler and you'll be apples.. If you have an aftermarket muffler, put the baffle in it but take a stock muffler for backup..

Mark, when I checked the Champions site there was 2 track days per month for the first 6 months ??

I'll be attending most if not all of these days if the cook will let me.. Atleast half for damm certain..

champions a fairly leniant, i was there on the R6 with a cut down exhaust on a standard system and had no problem.
Also seen a few guys out there with after market exhausts and they had no problem either.
So long as its not blasting out the arse like a fart in a bubble should be right.

Yeah yeah..

I mistakingly thought that the 2 numbers were 2 different days in the same month..
Oh well, once a month is good enough..
