Please note: No where did I state or imply that I required your opinions on the software mentioned.

So STFU.

Hahaha.

Just letting people know of the fact.

chrome is good, prefer it to firefox and IE is just terrible, in fact - chrome/firefox + kasperski = virus free for over 2 years (touch wood) since switching away from IE

Hehe yea srry I was being a smartass.

Seriously tho, I use most browsers as I still dabble in webdesign. The only browser I don't have installed currently is Chrome. What features attract people to it?

Its pretty. New tab page (like speed dial in opera but prettier). Its FAAAAST. TO open and everything in general. Faster than IE by far and FF.

I haven't even tried chrome, or windows 7 - I'm a pretty poor IT geek aren't I? I'll try chrome when I get an android phone, and I'll try windows7 when I absolutely have to. I don't understand why they had to update things like the control panel - what was wrong with the classic version?

About FF being unstable - it has always had bad memory leaks, but I it's actually been getting more stable IMO, it's come a long way since V1.

I use Opera too - mouse gestures are cool :-P

If you want more stable browers don't keep loading the latest versions. Find one that is stable and stick with it. Firefox and Opera both run fairly stable for me - though to be fair if you use a browser regulary you'll work out what upsets it easily enough.

I may install Chrome just to get a look at it but I'm unlikely to make the switch. Much like Windows 7 - great to look at and get a feel for but I'm alreayd on XP and won't need to move for a long time yet.
